Paddle for the Planet: Uniting paddlers around the world for a one day global relay event in an effort to raise environmental awareness and give something back to our oceans.
What is it all about?
We want all paddlers to be aware of what´s going on in our oceans and to create an opportunity to make a difference in marine conservation. As we grow we endeavour to support all kinds of marine conservation. As a purely transparent non-profit initiative, the more support we get, the bigger the difference we can make.
How will it work?
We want as many people paddling in every time zone on the same day (6th June 2015) as possible. Every type of paddling is welcome – surfskis, kayaks, SUPs, dragon boats, outriggers, surfboards, lifesaving paddle boards etc.
What do you need to do?
- Start or join a P4P group in your area
- Let us know who you are, your location and your time zone
- After the paddle take a pic of your Paddle for the Planet team and email it to us
